Outreach Advocate

Right now, we are looking for a Outreach Advocate to play a pivotal role in our Modern Slavery Response Service in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role is responsible for managing a caseload of service users identified as potential victims of trafficking within the National Referral Mechanism (NRM). You will advocate on their behalf to ensure access to rights under ECAT, provide guidance through the NRM process, and implement safeguarding measures where risks are identified. The role requires regular key work sessions across London and the South East, drafting formal communications to the Home Office and partner agencies, and maintaining accurate case records. You will liaise with statutory and non-statutory services, respond to urgent safeguarding concerns, and uphold Hestia''s values, policies, and procedures while contributing to the organisation''s wider aims.
