Outdoor Learning Support Assistant - Part Time

Apex Meadows is a unique provision based in Cannington, providing education, support and therapeutic services to vulnerable students aged 5-16. With a small-holding, Forest School provision and access to both nearby local beaches and the Quantock Hills, we provide bespoke provision for the young people in our care. Apex Outdoor Learning Support Assistant Part time - 20.25 hours per week (6.75hrs Tues, Weds, Thurs), 39 weeks per year (Term-time plus Inset Days) Salary: BTCT Point 3 to 4, starting at Point 3. Actual starting salary £11,570.25 per annum Start date: ASAP Location - Cannington, Somerset Apex Meadows is part of The Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust (BTCT), an inclusive, forward-thinking organisation committed to ensuring Every Child Achieves . Apex Meadows is our new provision designed to provide individualised high-quality curriculum and intervention to meet the needs of students, as well as providing early group interventions. Having only opened in January 2025, the successful candidate will be part of the newly established team based in this innovative offsite provision, working alongside our existing Apex sites and teams.
