This rewarding role is ideal for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting young people through outdoor education, life skills development, PSHE, and emotional wellbeing interventions.You will play a key role in engaging pupils through practical and therapeutic learning experiences, helping them develop confidence, resilience, independence, and positive relationships. The role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities-Lead and deliver engaging outdoor learning and enrichment activities.-Develop programmes that promote life skills, independence, and preparation for adulthood.-Deliver high-quality PSHE sessions tailored to the needs of pupils.-Provide targeted emotional wellbeing and intervention support.-Support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.-Encourage positive behaviour, self-regulation, and emotional resilience.-Conduct risk assessments and ensure outdoor activities are delivered safely.-Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, families, and external professionals.-Monitor progress and ..... full job details .....
