Lead Generation and Outbound Sales Administrator (Temporary Role)We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Outbound Sales Administrator to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities.This is a temporary position for approximately 2.5 months, with the potential to be extended.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively generate new leads through outbound sales activity (calls, emails, prospecting)Support the sales team with pipeline building and appointment settingMaintain and update customer records within the CRM systemWork towards and consistently achieve agreed KPIs and activity targetsIdentify and qualify potential business opportunitiesProvide general administrative support to the sales functionRequirementsProven experience in lead generation and outbound salesExperience working to KPIs and targets in a sales environmentStrong knowledge and hands-on experience using CRM systemsExcellent communication and organisational skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to workWorking PatternHybrid working: 4 days from home, 1 day in the officeStandard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pmOne day per week (remote): 11:00am - 7:00pmContract DetailsTemporary role: 2.5 months (with potential extension)Pay rate: 13.50 per hourIf you are driven, target-focused, and ready to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you.
