Laser 24 are a well established laser cutting company based in Southend on Sea.Purpose of the role: You will primarily be responsible for cold calling potential leads to generate new business by promoting the products and services of Laser 24. Role and Responsibilities Cold call customers to promote our services Drive and contribute to a fun, supportive culture where our teams live our values Maintain and improve customer relations through regular customer contact and put the customer at the heart of everything we do Email quotations to customers and follow up quotations in a confident and professional manner Create an outstanding first impression by answering the telephone and directing all enquiries promptly Assist the sales team to exceed sales targets by efficiently and urgently processing sales orders Display our core value of providing a personal and professional service to our customers Convert quotations into orders and generate production orders Sales estimating Provide exceptional personal service by dealing with customer order tracking enquiries and promptly contacting customers to advise when orders are ready for collection / despatchQualifications and Skills Requirements Further education preferred but not essential. Computer literacy is essential Strong numeracy, planning and organisational skills are essential.
