The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Outbound Sales Agent who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and closing deals?

We''re looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join a growing commercial sales team in Peterlee, selling water services to business customers while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional utility services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a target-driven sales environment, wants to earn strong commission and is looking for genuine progression potential as a Sales Agent.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Generate and close your own new business opportunities
• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls
• Handle inbound and warm leads
• Build relationships with business customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell water, waste and other utility services
• Generate quotations and convert them into sales
• Manage your own sales pipeline
• Handle objections confidently and close deals
• Record customer and sales activity accurately on Salesforce
• Work towards and exceed individual sales targets

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales, telesales or business development
• Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working to targets
• Motivated by commission and achieving results
• Strong at objection handling and closing sales
• Confident building rapport quickly
• Organised and able to manage their own pipeline
• Resilient, competitive and commercially minded
• Looking to build a successful career as an Outbound Sales Agent

Previous water, energy, utilities or sales experience is highly desirable, but transferable sales experience will also be considered.

Salary & Hours

• -26,67829,987 basic salary
• OTE -42,000+
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm
• Hybrid working - up to 3 days from home
