We''re working with a successful and growing business to recruit an Outbound Sales Advisor to join their sales team in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships, and generating sales, but who also understands that great sales start with great customer service. Purpose of the Job As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you''ll be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, and promoting a range of own-brand products and services. You''ll work from a warm customer base, using your sales skills and product knowledge to understand what customers need and recommend the right solutions. You''ll have individual sales targets and KPIs to work towards, alongside team-based targets, with plenty of training, coaching and support to help you succeed. This is a busy, energetic role where your ability to build rapport, ask the right questions and confidently close a sale will really make a difference.
