We’re looking for a part-time Outbound Research Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers flexibility around start and finish times (Monday to Friday) - ideal if you’re looking for work to fit around other commitments.
What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound calls to businesses
- Verifying and updating contact details in the database
- Gathering accurate information to support business development
- Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times
- Previous outbound calling experience (essential)
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail and strong data-entry skills
- Reliable and organised, able to manage your own workload
- £13.50 per hour
- Part-time hours with flexible start and finish times (Mon–Fri)
