Outbound Customer Service

Immediate start!Potential for permanency!Progression encouraged!Your new company This company based in Enfield is recruiting for a Customer Service Rep to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. This company is a well-known company with proven success and a recognisable brand. This role is 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours/day with all 5 days in the office. Your new role Situated within the Customer Service team, the purpose of this role will be to handle outbound calls to customers, with the duties including:Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders, follow up on enquiries, service requests, and gather any data updates.Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the system.Research to enrich existing customer data and ensuring contact details are correct and up to date.Resolve or escalate customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:Previous experience in a Customer Service role.Prior experience working to KPIs and working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise with internal staff and external customers/clients.Resilient individual with a self-starter attitude and strong desire to succeed.Proficient with MS Office and relevant/similar software.Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to meet targets.What you''ll get in return ..... full job details .....
