Outage Planning EngineerContract Type: PermanentSalary: 65,000 per annumBenefits: Pension, Bonus, Private Medical, Incentive Plan, 25 Days HolidayThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Outage Planning Engineer to join the Wider Engineering Team. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of major planned outages, inspections, maintenance campaigns and engineering projects.Working closely with site outage teams, engineering functions, contractors and stakeholders, you will develop and manage integrated outage programmes, ensuring work is safely planned, efficiently sequenced and delivered to agreed timescales, quality standards and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and coordination of major planned outages, ensuring safety, programme, cost and quality KPIs are achieved.Develop and manage integrated outage schedules, including milestones, critical paths, resources and contractor activities.Coordinate with Site Outage Managers, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, HandS, Environmental and Finance teams.Integrate contractor and supplier programmes into the overall outage schedule.Monitor outage progress, identify programme risks and implement recovery actions where required.Plan major inspections, overhauls, maintenance campaigns and emergent works within outage windows.Optimise outage scope, sequencing and duration to minimise downtime and maximise plant availability.Support budget forecasting, cost control, contract management and KPI ..... full job details .....
