Out of Hours Team LeaderLocation: Luton (Hybrid Working) 2-3 days per week in our Luton office.Salary: 26,600 - 28,000 pro rata (35 hours per week)Hours: 35 hours per week on a two-week rota pattern.Shifts will include a variety of Monday to Friday shifts between 04:00 - 10:00 and 17:00 - 00:30, and weekend shifts between 04:00 - 00:30.Every other weekend off will be supported where possible, although rotas may vary to meet the needs of the business.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and resilient Out of Hours Team Leader to join our growing team.
