The Role: We are recruiting 1 Out of Hours Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote role on a zero-hours contract , offering flexibility while playing a vital part in supporting services outside of standard working hours. You will be the key point of contact during weekends and bank holidays, ensuring incidents, safeguarding concerns, and staffing issues are managed effectively and escalated appropriately. Hours & Shift Pattern: This is a zero-hours role , with shifts offered based on service needs, primarily covering out-of-hours weekends and bank holidays.
