The Role: We are recruiting 1 Out of Hours Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote role on a zero-hours contract, offering flexibility while playing a vital part in supporting services outside of standard working hours. You will be the key point of contact during weekends and bank holidays, ensuring incidents, safeguarding concerns, and staffing issues are managed effectively and escalated appropriately. Hours and Shift Pattern: This is a zero-hours role, with shifts offered based on service needs, primarily covering out-of-hours weekends and bank holidays. Shifts may be offered as a single 24-hour shift or two 12-hour shifts (day or night), depending on operational requirements and availability. The role primarily involves weekend and bank holiday cover. Additional commitment: 08:30 AM 09:30 AM on Mondays, and/or 1 hour during weekday daytime for 1:1s, handovers, and supervision, where required.
