Main Purpose of Role: To own and improve the reliability of factory-floor systems and production data flows, bridging IT, Operational Technology and business reporting needs. To support all Operational Technology - plant-floor PCs, industrial connectivity and vendor access patterns and ensures production data flow is stable, monitored, and well-documented. To help monitor, maintain and develop the data systems/reporting within the business, ensuring quality data and reporting is available and well-documented.
