Role Title: OT Cyber Security Manager Location: London (50% onsite - 50% remote)Duration: 26/02/2027Pay rate: £563 per day inside IR35Must hold an Active SC Clearance Role Description: The OT Cyber Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization''s Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity strategy to protect industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, manufacturing systems, and critical infrastructure assets. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of OT systems while supporting business operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Health andamp; Safety, Risk, and external partners to identify and mitigate cyber risks across operational environments. Key Responsibilities:OT Cyber Security Strategy andamp; Governance Develop and maintain the OT cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise security strategy. Establish OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures based on industry frameworks and best practices.
