OSS / ONSS Contracts Manager

Contract Manager OSS/ONSS for a major offshore wind project in Scotland.

Your responsibilities

• Highly detailed person with experience of drafting contracts / cross comparing.
• Less negotiating and more internal co-ordination with P&C, legal and engineering.
• Converting technical drafting into commercial drafting.
• Identifying, co-ordinating and managing identified risks.
• Providing market positions through experience
• Heavily amended FIDIC yellow book contracts with elements of LOGIC)
• On and offshore experience is vital

• Roles in the ESI Package will be more focused on the details of the contract, negotiations are fully underway for this package, additional support required to come in.
• Focus will not be on leading the negotiations. They will still be involved with negotiations though.
• FIDIC Yellow Book and some LOGIC Experience, Less so NEC Contract forms.
• Would be great if they had some technical experience as they will need to read and draft some documentation with technical element
