You''ll work with TUC Cymru affiliates to help recruit, engage, develop and train young workers, supporting them to become active union members, representatives and leaders. You''ll work closely with TUC Cymru colleagues, our unions and a wide range of partners to develop and deliver initiatives that support young workers, build young worker networks and increase participation in the trade union movement.
