Job Title: Organisational Transformation Lead Location: Reading Or ManchesterRate: up to £480 a day Start Date: September Job Type: Contract - 14 weeks About the opportunityWe are looking for an experienced Organisational Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in transforming how our organisation works with strategic partners and suppliers.This is a high-impact change role for someone who can operate comfortably across business, technology and delivery environments, bringing people together around a common purpose and creating the conditions for effective collaboration.You will help shape and embed new operating practices that enable the organisation to get greater value from its partner ecosystem.
