# Organisational Learning Coordinator Location: Suffolk - hybrid working available Contract: Ongoing contract IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Closing Date: 27 August 2026 Vacancy Overview We are looking for an experienced Organisational Learning Coordinator to support the delivery and continual development of organisational learning,performance improvement and continuous improvement activities across a major engineering and construction programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team working within a complex,highly regulated and safety-critical environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in capturing organisational learning,identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring that lessons are effectively shared and translated into meaningful actions across the programme. Job Purpose Reporting to the Organisational Learning Lead ,the Organisational Learning Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation,user support and continual development of organisational learning and continuous performance improvement arrangements. The role will have a particular focus on the effective management and use of the organisations learning and reporting tools,ensuring that learning from internal and external sources is captured,analysed,communicated and acted upon.
