Organisational Development Specialist Based in London, hybridLength: 6 weeks'' Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to lead a strategic review of our organisational structure. With over 2,600 employees across six directorates (Resources, Strategy and Change, Adults and Health, Children''s Services, Economy and Housing, and Environment) this role will play a critical part in shaping a more effective, agile, and future-ready organisation.Key Responsibilities include: Conduct in-depth spans and levels analysis to assess current organisational structures and identify opportunities for improvementDevelop clear, evidence-based recommendations to optimise organisational design, balancing efficiency, engagement, and leadership effectivenessCollect and analyse workforce data, benchmarking against comparable organisations and best practiceEngage and collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and build support for proposed changesSupport change implementation, including communication planning, guidance, and impact monitoringContribute to the development of organisational design frameworks, policies, and processesProduce insightful reports and presentations, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunitiesExperience and knowledge required:Proven experience in organisational design, particularly spans of control and hierarchical levels in complex organisationsStrong analytical and data interpretation ..... full job details .....
