The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you''ll lead the development and delivery of organisational design, development and effectiveness strategies that support the NEBOSH Business Plan and People Strategy. This is a highly strategic role where you''ll combine organisational development expertise with commercial thinking, workforce planning and change leadership to help shape the future of the organisation.
