Organisational Development Manager - NHS

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Transformation Programme Manager to join a NHS Trust on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of organisational development frameworks aligned with transformation objectives. Design, commission and evaluate OD interventions supporting large-scale organisational transformation. Lead culture change and integration initiatives across major organisational programmes. Undertake cultural diagnostics and assessments and develop approaches to measure cultural maturity and progress. Provide expert OD consultancy and advice to executives, directors, senior managers and programme leads. Diagnose organisational challenges and develop practical interventions using recognised OD methodologies. Facilitate leadership workshops, team development activities and organisational change events. Coach and support leaders and managers to improve organisational effectiveness and readiness for change. Support the development of high-performing teams. Contribute to leadership development frameworks, workshops, masterclasses and learning interventions. Promote organisational learning and continuous improvement. Lead designated OD workstreams within major transformation and service redesign programmes.
