The role is based in London with hybrid working.   Client Details   Housing Association  Based in London with hybrid working   Description   An Organisational Development Consultant to:   Provide a skills needs analysis to understand the skills internally, and what qualifications each individual has to ensure they are compliant with regulation  Identify any individuals who require further qualifications and work with the HR Team to develop a plan   Ensure the organisations workforce meets legal and statutory capability standards  Develop frameworks to define what skills and behaviours are required for each role   Work with the wider HR Team on organisational design, workforce plans, role design, learning pathways, job profile expectations and performance issues  Mitigate risk by analysing the organisations compliance gaps and skills competence  Partner with the wider HR Team to identify gaps  Partner with the recruitment team to identify new attraction methods and skillsets they need to bring into the business to adhere to regulation   Partner with the L&amp;D team to shape learn...</description>
