The role is based in London with hybrid working.Client DetailsHousing AssociationBased in London with hybrid workingDescriptionAn Organisational Development Consultant to:Provide a skills needs analysis to understand the skills internally, and what qualifications each individual has to ensure they are compliant with regulationIdentify any individuals who require further qualifications and work with the HR Team to develop a plan Ensure the organisations workforce meets legal and statutory capability standardsDevelop frameworks to define what skills and behaviours are required for each role Work with the wider HR Team on organisational design, workforce plans, role design, learning pathways, job profile expectations and performance issuesMitigate risk by analysing the organisations compliance gaps and skills competencePartner with the wider HR Team to identify gapsPartner with the recruitment team to identify new attraction methods and skillsets they need to bring into the business to adhere to regulation Partner with the LandD team to shape learning and strategy pathways Ensure that structures and career pathways reflect competence and behaviour requirementsMaintain oversight of the organisational current and future competence risk to identify gapsContribute to workforce planning and succession planning Develop competency and behavioural frameworks Help shape ..... full job details .....
