      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Development Advisor to support the delivery of strategic people and culture initiatives within a leading Higher Education institution. Working closely with academic and professional services leaders, you will help drive organisational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce capability projects.  Key Responsibilities  Partner with schools, faculties, and professional services teams to deliver OD initiatives and people-focused projects.  Support leadership development, staff engagement, culture change, and wellbeing programmes.  Design and facilitate workshops, briefings, and learning interventions. Provide advice and support to managers on organisational development and workforce planning activities.  Monitor and evaluate OD programmes, using data and feedback to measure impact and inform improvements.   About You  CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or HR.
