Job Description:- The Organisational Design Consultant will support the delivery of the Organisational Design (OD) workstream within a major Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation. The role will work alongside HR, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to support organisation design, workforce transition and consultation activities required to implement the future operating model. This is a delivery-focused role, providing practical support across role design, workforce planning, job evaluation and grading, consultation preparation, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning and governance.
