Organisational Change Management Director - 12 month FTC

A leading global entertainment organisation is embarking on a significant multi-year business transformation programme and is looking for a Organisational Change Management Director to lead the people side of this journey.This is a high-profile opportunity to shape and deliver the organisational change strategy across a complex transformation portfolio, partnering with senior executives and business leaders to drive adoption, readiness and lasting behavioural change.Key responsibilities: Own and deliver the organisational change strategy across multiple transformation initiatives Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to embed effective change leadership Build change frameworks, governance and best practices from the ground up Lead adoption, readiness, communications and capability-building activities Identify change risks and ensure successful transition into new ways of workingWe''re looking for: Significant experience leading organisational change within large-scale transformation programmes Proven success driving adoption and behavioural change across complex organisations Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar Experience within global organisations or media/entertainment is advantageousA rare opportunity to join a newly formed transformation function and play a key role in shaping how a global organisation evolves.Handle ..... full job details .....
