Role: Organisation Effectiveness Specialist (AVP)Location: London or Glasgow.Contract Duration: 6 months About the Role:As part of the strategy to become simpler, better, and balanced, the Organisation Simplification programme is a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation focused on reducing friction, simplifying delivery, and enabling faster, clearer decision-making.The Organisational Effectiveness team supports this by helping the business remove organisational barriers that slow progress. Working directly with the Director and Organisation Design Lead, this role will support individual business areas to design simpler, better, and more balanced organisational structures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end activities: Handle project management, org design, and implementation.Prepare for the future: Focus heavily on preparing the organisation for AI implementation and continuing the rollout of agile ways of working.Collaborate across teams: Coordinate closely with Business HRBPs, Business Management/Chief of Staff teams, external consultants, and workforce change/implementation teamsDrive Org Health assessments: Drive organisational health: Monitor and interpret leading and lagging indicators of org health, spotting risks early and turning insight into action.Experience and Qualifications RequiredProfessional Background: Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or an internal Org Design role within a bank/financial services institution.Programme track record: Proven ..... full job details .....
