Your new role As Organisational Development Transformation Programmes Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale organisational development and culture change initiatives that support strategic transformation objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and key stakeholders, you will develop and implement OD frameworks, drive cultural integration, support leadership development and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance organisational performance. This is a highly visible role requiring strategic thinking, strong programme management capability and the ability to influence at all levels.
