You will need to review and understand both the current and target OD, including the challenges of moving to the new OD, and manage the implementation of the desired target state design.We are looking for someone with:10+ years of experience in managing

projects/programmes

in a complex financial services

environmentExperience specifically in project managing organisational change and operating

processesExperience of assessing and mitigating operational risksStrong OD experience and ability to work with senior

stakeholdersExperience of assessing, understanding, and documenting any required changes to
