Organisation Design and Change Programme Lead

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Organisation Design and Change Programme Lead on a Contract basis. The Organisation Design and Change Programme Lead will provide dedicated leadership for a major organisational redesign and transformation programme across the Responsive Repairs Service. The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive restructure programme affecting more than 300 employees across all levels of the service.
