Order Manager (Temporary - 3 Months) Location: EdinburghJob Type: Temporary (3 Months)Salary: £19.23 per hour Reed Business Support are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation within the telecoms and technology sector for an experienced Order Manager to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator or coordinator with strong customer service skills who enjoys managing multiple tasks and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. The Role As an Order Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer orders throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through to completion. You will work closely with suppliers, customers, partners and internal teams to provide regular updates and ensure orders are progressed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process customer service orders accurately and within agreed timescales. Place and track orders through supplier portals and internal CRM systems. Provide regular updates to customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Proactively manage supplier communications via phone, email and online portals. Ensure all CRM and internal systems are maintained with accurate information. Monitor order progress and escalate issues where required.
