Our client is a well-established and highly respected supplier to the construction and building products sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Windows and Doors Order Processor to join their busy Cardiff branch. Working closely with the Windows and Doors Commercial Manager, you''ll play a key role in producing quotations, processing customer orders, liaising with suppliers and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service throughout the sales process. The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Preparing accurate quotations for customers.Processing orders and placing purchase orders with suppliers.Managing customer enquiries relating to products, pricing and delivery schedules.Processing orders for UPVC, aluminium and composite windows and doors.Supporting the internal sales team, showroom and trade counter.Advising customers on a wider range of building products including roofline and bathroom solutions.Handling inbound telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.Using Window Designer or Business Micros software to manage ..... full job details .....
