This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of bespoke customer projects through accurate technical administration and documentation.The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities.The RoleWorking within a busy technical department, you will be responsible for interpreting technical information and producing detailed documentation to support customer orders and project delivery.You will work closely with internal departments to ensure information is processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders using specialist software systemsInterpret technical drawings and specificationsProduce accurate technical documentation and supporting informationCreate and amend CAD drawings where requiredEnsure all order information is accurately recorded and maintainedLiaise with internal teams to resolve technical queriesSupport the smooth progression of projects from order receipt through to completionMaintain excellent attention to detail when handling customer requirements and technical dataSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience using order processing, estimating, configuration or technical administration softwareAbility to ..... full job details .....
