The responsibilities includeProcessing customer orders onto the in-house CRM systemMaking outbound calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account/orderOrganising and coordinating collections and deliveriesCarrying out customer service follow up callsHandle customer queries and complaints either over the phone or via emailEnsuring the customer information is kept up to dateHandling returns for customers and estimating handing chargesCoordinating with other departmentsOrganising and coordinating collectionsScanning and filing of orders and other documentationProvide general administration including handling general enquiries over the phone/emailAssisting ..... full job details .....
