Order Processor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a well established, and growing organisation as an order processing administrator. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm Duties to include: Take customer orders and deal with queries. Deal with telephone calls and enter orders onto the computer. Order required products Deal with customer queries in a courteous manner. Ensure all messages are passed onto the relevant departments. If mistakes occur you are to report the fault to the office supervisor and transport manager. Liaise with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.
