Order Processor

Order Processor Location: Salford Salary: Circa £25,000 - £28,000 Mpeople Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer based in Salford who are seeking to add an experienced Order Processor to their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing existing customer accounts, building strong and lasting relationships, accurately processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service from initial order through to delivery. Details of the Role Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and within deadlines. Purchase materials required for client jobs. Handle customer queries and communicate client needs to Account Managers and senior management. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services. Required Skills and Experience Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
