Order Processor

What will you be doing as an Order Processor?
Working as part of a friendly team, you will be carrying out a busy and varied role. Duties will include:

• Liaising with customers and overseas suppliers via email
• Processing orders via Far East suppliers
• Arranging, providing and following up samples and quotes
• Quoting on orders via overseas suppliers, negotiating pricing, lead times, and order specifics with suppliers
• Dealing with incoming calls
• Assisting with shipping of products including calculating currency conversions, duty costs and freight costs
• Tracking of order with suppliers
• Co-ordinating between customer and supplier regarding artwork for review, amendment, and approval
• Chasing suppliers regarding lead times, schedules, and obligations
• Ensuring and tracking shipments, managing customer expectations and confirming deliveries
• Liaising with UK warehouse to confirm receipt of goods and arranging onward shipment
• Assisting customers with aftersales issues
• Updating all order information on the system

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a busy admin or order processing role
• Confident using Excel and email
• Can work in a busy, fast paced environment
• Strong numeracy skills
• Accurate with a good eye for detail
• Excellent phone manner
