Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is looking for a confident and creative individual to join a growing food sales team, supporting catering clients across pubs, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues.

This is a varied role combining telesales, order processing, and customer service, ideal for someone with a background in catering or hospitality who’s ready to bring their passion for food into a sales-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth

• Cold calling new, existing, and lapsed clients to promote food products

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently

• Creating engaging videos and content for WhatsApp and app-based communications

• Supporting social media activity to boost brand visibility

• Building strong relationships with catering clients

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food sales

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to cold calling

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using social media and creating short videos for client engagement
