Order Processor

Previous experience within the window and door (fenestration) industry is essential for this position. Candidates without relevant fenestration experience will not be considered, as a strong understanding of window and door products, processes and industry requirements is required for the role. Job Title: Order Processor Reports To: Office / Customer Experience Manager Business Area: Customer Experience Location: Witham, Essex Role Purpose Chase Taylor are working on behalf of a leading fenestration business seeking an experienced Estimator and Order Processor to join their busy sales and customer experience team. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate quotations, order confirmations, and technical documentation to both new and existing trade customers within a fast-paced environment. You will support the wider sales function by ensuring all customer requirements are translated accurately into quotations and production-ready orders, while maintaining strong communication, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
