About the Role

Based in Gloucester, this permanent Order Processing Specialist role with Expert Employment carries a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage customer orders from entry through to shipment and invoicing, ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time. Duties include processing orders and invoices, coordinating outbound shipments and freight bookings, and liaising with warehouse and manufacturing colleagues to schedule work. The post holder will track deliveries, update shipment status, resolve customer enquiries, returns and claims, and keep precise records. Applicants should have experience in customer service, order processing or logistics, strong attention to detail, good organisational abilities, and solid IT skills, particularly Excel.

We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist to manage customer orders from entry through to shipment and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. You will coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to process orders, arrange shipments, track deliveries, and handle customer queries.
