This is a hands-on contract where your impact is visible. You''ll manage orders, speak directly with customers and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase account value. What you''ll be doing Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Clarifying requirements, pricing and quotations with customers. Handling inbound enquiries and identifying relevant opportunities to increase orders. Contacting existing customers to support retention and account development. Maintaining customer records and managing complaints through resolution or escalation. What you''ll need Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
