As an Order Fulfilment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, clear communication and timely delivery throughout the process. Working closely with internal teams and customers alike, you will help create a seamless experience while supporting wider operational and commercial goals.

The Opportunity:

As an Order Fulfilment Coordinator you’ll play a key role in:

  • Building strong and lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact and delivering a responsive, high-quality service
  • Managing customer orders and awarded projects from initial scheduling through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy throughout
  • Working collaboratively with sales, supply chain, logistics and forecasting teams to support efficient order fulfilment
  • Handling customer queries relating to products, pricing, services and deliveries in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting revenue growth through proactive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities where appropriate
  • Monitoring order progress and resolving issues quickly to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Your work will directly contribute to a more seamless customer experience, stronger customer relationships and improved coordination across commercial and operational teams.
About You:

We’re looking for someone who can bring:
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced customer service, order management or logistics role, ideally within a B2B environment
  • A strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and supply chain processes
  • Confidence using CRM and ERP systems alongside strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage data accurately and maintain high standards of documentation
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service
  • The ability to quickly learn product information and apply technical knowledge where required
