The Opportunity: As a Customer Operations Coordinator you ll play a key role in: • Managing customer orders accurately and efficiently from initial award through to delivery and invoicing. • Building positive, long-term customer relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout the order process. • Coordinating projects and orders, monitoring schedules, identifying potential risks and keeping customers informed of progress. • Working collaboratively with sales, supply chain, logistics, forecasting, quality and other internal teams to support smooth delivery and a positive customer experience. • Resolving customer queries relating to products, pricing, service and deliveries, while identifying ..... full job details .....
