Order Fulfilment Administrator

We have the pleasure of recruiting for a brand new role to join our well established client. We are seeking a confident Order Fulfilment Administrator to join our client who are based on the outskirts of Newark.-
This role is a blend of Administration and hands-on Warehouse duties making it an ideal role for someone who has come from a similar role who is happy to jump from one department to another. Please note that the Warehouse element of this role can be demanding involving regular movement, bending, lifting and handling of goods.
This is a genuine full time temporary to permanent position, working hours are Monday to Friday 8-5.
Pay rate -12.5013ph
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders from start to finish- from taking calls, inputting details in the inhouse system and preparing orders for dispatch
- Managing administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Picking, packing and preparing goods for shipment.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
- Previous experience of operating a forklift is advantageous but not essential.
This is a busy and varied role and working for a company that can provide long terms prospects and development. We are looking for someone with ideally 2-5 years experience in a similar role within agriculture, engineering, production or manufacturing. You will be a confident individual with communication both over the phone and in person with drive and ambition in delivering outstanding customer care.-
