Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our Client, Walsall Council, for a Oral Health Project Officer on a temporary basis. We are seeking an organised and proactive Oral Health Project Officer to support the administration and day-to-day coordination of the National Supervised Toothbrushing Scheme across Walsall.Duties:Administer the National Supervised Toothbrushing Scheme in Walsall, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.Maintain accurate stock control of programme resources (e.g., toothbrushes/toothpaste) and related supplies.Coordinate logistics, including planning, scheduling and managing deliveries/collections to participating settings.Oversee storage arrangements and undertake regular travel to/from the storage facility and Walsall Council offices as required.Provide timely updates and reporting to national and local programme leads, maintaining clear records and audit trails.Act as the first point of contact for nursery and primary schools invited to join the programme, providing guidance and responding to queries.Liaise ..... full job details .....
