This pivotal role involves unifying programme delivery and BAU support functions under a single, expert technical authority.The successful candidate will report directly to the Shared Services Director and will play a crucial role in delivering Shared Services strategy, strengthening operational excellence, and ensuring ERP platform becomes a robust, scalable, and value-driven asset.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion across all functional areas including Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement.Integrate the ERP Programme Team and the Oracle Support Team into a single, high-performing function.Act as the authoritative Oracle expert, reducing reliance on external partners.Strengthen governance, risk management, and benefits realisation across the ERP portfolio.Ensure the platform supports compliant, efficient, and future-focused Shared Services operations.Provide leadership and cover for the Oracle Support team during periods of maternity leave.Required Skills and Qualifications:Significant leadership experience delivering ..... full job details .....
