The role focuses on workflow management, ticket/query resolution, process documentation, stakeholder support and continuous improvement. Strong communication, attention to detail and operational support experience are essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes, responding to colleague and supplier queries and progressing incidents through to resolution Manage and track workflow activities, ensuring requests are processed accurately and in line with agreed procedures. Review and interpret business process and system documentation, identifying gaps, risks or issues and escalating appropriately.
