Oracle Fusion Payroll Trainer - Contract Job Specification Contract Details Duration: 3-6 months Location: South East, England Engagement: Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Trainer to support a major Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation through the final stages of delivery and into go-live. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training to payroll teams and key business users, ensuring they are confident and fully prepared to operate Oracle Fusion Payroll ahead of the November go-live. This is a hands-on training role requiring strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working within complex implementation environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programmes for Oracle Fusion Payroll users. Create and maintain training materials, user guides, process documentation and supporting resources. Deliver classroom-based and/or virtual training sessions as required. Train payroll teams, HR users, managers and other relevant business stakeholders. Translate Oracle Fusion Payroll functionality into clear, practical business processes. Support training needs analysis and identify knowledge gaps. Work closely with the Payroll, HR, IT and implementation teams to ensure training reflects the final system configuration.
