Role: Oracle Cloud Payroll Manager (SC Clearable)Location: UK (London, Manchester or Birmingham) | Salary: Competitive salary and package (depending on level of experience) | Travel: Willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis
Responsibilities
Lead workstreams designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for government and financial services organisations.
Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team.
Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
Understand Oracle Cloud''s AI capabilities and Agents.
Apply user experience-based design concepts (e.g., personas, user journeys) to augment solutions.
Demonstrate experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation.
Understand the functional, application and technical implementation elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP programme; strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configurations, setups, and transactions.
Be certified in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Have six or more years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
Maintain sound knowledge of UK payroll statutory compliance and UK legislation.
Demonstrate familiarity with UK government payroll and experience with critical payroll data required for data migration.
Show strong knowledge of typical integration touchpoints, such as pensions extracts and costing into the general ledger.
Understand payroll processes and related challenges.
Experience with writing and understanding fast formulas is desirable.
Experience running payroll reconciliation / parallel testing.
Exhibit great communication and client-facing skills.
Qualifications
SC Clearance or ability to obtain SC clearance required for UK government work.
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
Strong knowledge of UK Payroll configurations and statutory requirements.
